A Proper Micro Brewery
In Stoke Bishop
Aimee’s Brew is a Proper Micro brewery! Brewing is done at our 65 Stoke Hill store most Friday afternoons, producing an interesting aroma and a great talking-point in the store on a busy Friday.
This Micro Brewery Uses the Batch Sparge Method:
Each batch has a limited supply. We have two fermenters at our micro brewery: one produces around 125 bottles the other around 280 bottles. All our brews are done using the batch sparge method. We use all grain and various hops (particularly New Zealand and American).
Beers Produced By Hand At Our Micro Brewery:
Our beers are produced at our micro brewery by hand every step of the way; from the weighing of ingredients to the filling and capping of the bottles. Even the labels are put on by hand by us!
Family Team Work At Stoke Bishop’s Micro Brewery:
Husband and Wife team (Gavin and Aimee) work as a team at our micro brewery to produce the best, most enjoyable beers for all fellow beer lovers out there. This is what drives us to brew! The positive comments and repeat custom of our beer followers is duly noted.
Aimee’s Brew Range:
What’s in the range? – Well, we specialise in IPAs and pale ales. These are in high demand and always fly off the shelves. We have done lagers in the past and are set to do some Stouts in the near future.
